'Challenging Myself this September | 4 WEEK CHALLENGE PLEASE READ: This month I decided to do a second round of a 4 week challenge I found over at Pahla B\'s channel. I found her when I started running indoors and found that I enjoy her other workouts. For me they are challenging but do-able! I do modify some of the exercises to make the workout work for me.  I\'m just here to try different things and sometimes having a playlist to go on helps me stay focused getting workouts in. When you don\'t have a gym membership or access to weight equipment you use what you got and turn to YouTube!  Working out is just part of my journey. I still need to get nutrition down to keep losing weight....Maybe doing this I will lose fat and gain (tiny)muscles?
